A household holiday in Tenerife

enjoying Tenerife when Oliver was younger.

In fitting with my recent holiday themed posts, I bring you one more amazing household friendly destination: Tenerife.

When Oliver was 15 months, we spent Easter in Los Cristianos in the largest of the Canary Islands.

Luckily with summer-like weather condition all year round, spring was a best time to holiday with a young kid as it was warm yet not unbearably hot as well as Oliver might take pleasure in being by the pool or beach, in the shade for a lot of of the day.

It’s funny reflecting on him being a infant now that he is 3 as well as I truly took pleasure in discovering these old photos as well as reminiscing about one of our much-loved household holidays.

With golden beaches as well as blue waters as far as the eye can see, together with restaurants as well as shops on the boardwalk, we discovered it an suitable place for young families.

I personally adored the labyrinth of shops as well as designer stores along the parade that were open late as well as I gotten the cutest Nike sandals for Oliver (above) together with some quite summer time gowns for myself whiles we were there.

I would suggest close-by Aqualand for delightful dolphin shows, play areas as well as swimming pools for all the household as well as Siam Park, a water park with rides as well as slides fit for somewhat older kids as well as teens (or adults who never rather grew up!).

By night, it lights up as one of the busiest locations in the south of Tenerife together with close-by Playa de las Américas however there are lots of household friendly restaurants as well as quieter parts for those wanting dinner as well as a few drinks.

We discovered the locals friendly, the food magnificent as well as the holiday the most kicking back of breaks. We would like to return once again later on in the year, with infant Alexander in tow as well as hope to stay at the gran oasis resort tenerife this time around in Los Cristianos.

Have you been to Tenerife as well as what did you believe of it?
